I'm bald!

So I have completely slacked on these "daily" blog posts lately, and I don't even have a real excuse other than I've just been too lazy to write.  I've not been particularly busy or anything, the only thing besides school that I have to do every day is walk around.  Here's to hoping that my strength will build back up, because having lazy days because you have no energy is actually not as fun as I used to think it would be!  Anyway, I decided it was finally time to share some photos of my new hair.

To start off today's post, I want to thank iheartradio for playing a clip of Will.I.Am's interview about The E.N.D over and over again because if I hadn't heard it a billion times, I wouldn't have known the answer to this question on my quiz instantly.

Anyway, onto the real subject of my post, a skirt that I got last week that I am completely in love with(:  There's a store called Langford Market, which is part of a company called AA Concepts that has a few other stores under their company.  And I believe they are actually based here in Houston.  I am absolutely in love with their clothes.  I am fairly positive all their clothes are designed for them privately under the label Maude.  They can be kind of pricey, but every once in a while they have this fabulous sale where every single thing in the store is 50 percent off.  The first picture I shall show y'all is Toby inspecting the skirt(:

No You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet

So this post is a day late, but yesterday I was feeling rather lethargic so I figured a day late is better than not at all(:  I decided it was time to just embrace my nail polish addiction and stop hiding it from the world. Today I have my most recent nail polish haul from Ulta to share with y'all(:  Pretty much every single one I got was on clearance, minus three of the new sized Essence's, although those are so cheap they might as well be on sale too.  Hunting through clearance sections for nail polishes is actually my favorite way to find them, because that usually means they're the ones discontinued so not only is it a last chance to get something that you won't be able to get anymore in a few months, it also means you spend less money, which means you can get more(; Nothing fancy, just some terrible pictures and some rambles from me.  Sorry for the quality of pictures, I got tired of taking them and then I think I resized them too small but that's ok.  Anyway, here is a picture of all the pretties together:

Feels Like the First Time.

So this is my first "official" post and instead of waiting to take pictures and share stuff awesome like that, I decided I was too excited for this blog to wait any longer!  I shall have another post up either later today or tomorrow showing off my latest nail polish haul(;

This is just a quick post with a slight update.  Today was the first day of the semester, so at about 7:30 am I was online reading my syllabuses and posting introductions to myself for my online class.  I also immediately decided to pick out the designer I wanted to write about for one of my projects, and after much consideration I chose Diane Von Furstenberg since I am enthralled with her designs.  I'm actually very excited to get my readings for the week done, take my quizzes, and post in the class discussion forums.  Learning is a whole new thing for me.  I look forward to it and can't wait to fill my head with more and more knowledge.  For those wondering, the two classes I am participating in this semester are Fashion History and Fashion Trends(:

As far as a quick update on my injury, after my surgical wound swelling up a little yesterday, it seems to be going down now.  Probably a sign I should stop touching my stitches.  I have an appointment scheduled for Friday and am desperately hoping the doctor will say I can return home to VA asap, although that is probably highly optimistic.  Anyway, I just wanted to post something quick to get this rolling.  As stated earlier, I shall have a post this afternoon or tomorrow to share my nail polish finds from the other day.  And then the world can really start to see how crazy I really am(:  I shall also have a picture of my new hair style (aka no hair) so people can see and decide how fashionably bold I do or do not look.
